At LUMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below and return form is at the bottom of the page.
1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, and labels must be intact.
Returns requested after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless faulty)
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Returns form is at the bottom of the page and when requesting a return, please provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs of the item (if requested)
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as LUMA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Return instruction will be send by email once return is initiated by submitting the form.
5. REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.
- Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. EXCHANGES
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you require a different size or item, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
8. CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
